Meet Ronnie Smith
Ronnie is dedicated to EDUCATING, EMPOWERING, and guiding businesses to EXECUTE success. With over 20 years of experience in the software and construction industries, he has worked with startups and contractors generating up to $100 million annually. During his six years at JobNimbus, he helped scale the company to secure a $53M investment. Passionate about helping business owners thrive, Ronnie is committed to serving and supporting your success.

Ben Kirk is a seasoned leader with over seven years of expertise in SaaS Customer Resource Management implementation, workflow management, and professional coaching.
Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to drive operational excellence, streamline business processes, and deliver measurable improvements in team performance and customer satisfaction. Ben specializes in designing scalable systems that not only increase internal efficiency but also strengthen customer relationships and overall business agility. With a passion for mentoring and team development, Ben empowers individuals and organizations by providing the tools, strategies, and guidance they need to grow with confidence. He thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to helping businesses adapt, evolve, and reach their highest potential through intentional leadership and practical execution.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Ben enjoys traveling, discovering new music, and creating meaningful memories with his wife, Tabi, and their three amazing children. Whether on the road or at home, he values connection, learning, and living life to the fullest.

Greg Henderson
Vice-President Business Services
Greg Henderson combines over 20 years of military leadership experience with a passion for helping small business owners build exceptional organizations. Through an innovative and personable approach, he enhances people-focused strategies to provide purpose, direction, and motivation, empowering businesses to achieve their goals.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Webster University. He has earned accolades such as the Col. Robert L. Manning Achievement Award for Leadership and USMEPCOM Eastern Sector Company Grade Officer of the Year. A certified HR professional and Forbes Human Resources Council member, Greg has also served as an HR keynote speaker and led transformative initiatives like launching as Director of People Services.
Married to Amanda and a proud father of six, Greg enjoys traveling and exploring new adventures with his family. His mission of continuous improvement—being better today than yesterday—fuels his work to inspiring leaders to excel.

Jill Smith
Executive Assistant
Jill Smith brings 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial companies. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, she advanced to become a key advisor to the president of one of Memphis, Tennessee’s largest insurance firms. Her expertise in managing complex insurance solutions and delivering exceptional client service has earned her a strong reputation in the field.
For 32 years, Jill has been a dedicated partner to Ronnie, the CEO and Founder of NXTLVL Solutions. She joined the company in 2022 after four years on the Kickin’ Asphalt Tour, where she shared her insights at industry events. Jill continues to leverage her extensive experience to support innovation and success at NXTLVL Solutions, solidifying her role as a trusted advisor and invaluable team member.

Kara Heimark
Customer Success Rep
Kara is a detail oriented person who has worked with customers for over 7 years. She loved to see her clients succeed and strives to do everything she can to get them there. Outside of work she lives a busy life with three kids and a small hobby farm.

Jordan Morries

Jordan Morries is an experienced HR professional with over 13 years in the industry. Jordan holds an associate’s degree in Allied Health Sciences, while currently advancing her education. With a passion for numbers and organization, Jordan is skilled at creating efficient processes and systems in HR. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through workouts and is an avid reader. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous growth, Jordan thrives in work environments where she can contribute to both team success and individual development

Bekah Eldridge
Rebekah Eldridge is a dynamic SaaS leader with over 17 years of experience transforming Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, and Global Business Services in high-growth environments. She is known for designing scalable strategies that drive customer retention, team engagement, and operational excellence. Rebekah is deeply passionate about aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver impactful customer journeys and empower high-performing teams.
Outside the office, she is a proud mother of five, an aspiring indie game developer, and a lifelong learner. Whether mentoring future leaders or sketching out her next creative project, Rebekah brings the same energy, empathy, and strategic mindset to everything she does.
