FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP

DESCRIPTION

The Fractional Leader will serve as the interim President, COO, or HR Leader for the company reporting directly to the CEO.  The person in this role will assume full responsibility to:

• Implement a combination of NXT LVL services as needed to achieve the mission and vision of CEO
• Execute the updated strategy and lead all activities to accelerate growth for the company
• Position the company to demonstrate its new capabilities and prepare to transition
