We help our clients build and operate a marketing machine inside their company
Focused on social media content, brand building, lead generation, and sales
The 5 pillars of our process are:
Foundation – helping our clients get clear on their goals, their ideal clients, and their perfect projects
Content – Create engaging content to cut through the noise and get the attention of their ideal audiences
Ads – Amplify their content, messages, and offers to reach their market. This is primarily social media ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Optimization – How to track, analyze, and adjust marketing to achieve a high level of confidence that you’re investing the right resources (time, energy, money) into the right activities.
Sales – Guiding our clients to build a lead-handling, follow-up, and nurture system (email, sms, automations)
Our platinum clients also receive small group leadership coaching from an active contracting company owner to work on solving business issues outside of the specific realm of marketing. We don’t “lead with” or “sell” business coaching; this is just a value-add for our highest level clients.
Joe (and sometimes an additional CD team member) travel to a roofing or contracting company to do (1) full day or (2) half-days of in-person training
Develop a strategy with the owner and leadership
Train the sales reps and team on how to create content
Get the entire team to buy in to the social media content and marketing process
This includes (1) pre-meeting Zoom calls to strategize our game plan and (4) 1-hour Zoom follow up calls to help with implementation, answer questions, and hold the team accountable to follow through.
