  • Conduct (1) Job Validation Workshop to establish end to end value add for up to (5) company positions
  • Conduct (1) Assessment Results Session to build your job library and simplify onboarding and training needs

Having a great culture is better than having a great strategy.  Our NXTLVL Culture Experts will guide your team through creating your individual personality profiles as well as a group profile. The interactive workshops are tailored to the unique styles of each individual team member and help give you a snapshot of your current team culture

DELIVERABLES

  • Conduct up to (5) Data Gathering Surveys and deliver up to (5) Individual D.i.S.C. Profiles
  • Create and deliver (1) Group D.i.S.C. Profile for your team
  • Conduct (1) Culture Assessment Survey to gain a clear understanding of your current work culture
  • Conduct (1) Culture Assessment Results Session to provide you and your team with an overview of the different personality types of the people in your company 

DESCRIPTION

Now that you understand your company culture in a new way, it’s time to put it into action.  Your NXTLVL Culture Coach will deliver 3 workshops to build a new strategy for the culture of work at your company.  This helps to establish new norms which drives new behaviors in the workplace.  All while implementing a new culture that will take your company to the next level. 

DELIVERABLES

  • Conduct (1) Culture Development Workshop to create awareness and build a better understanding of how different people might act, or react in the workplace.  
  • Conduct (1) Building Better Relationships Workshop to turn bad conflict into healthy conflict and help people find better ways to work together in an ever changing world.
  • Conduct (1) How To Use Emotional Intelligence Workshop to help people find ways to go beyond their comfort zone and stretch to respond effectively in any situation.
